We got back last night from our cruise and we had an AMAZING time! Sunday was an all-day travel day, and we didn't end up getting in to Fort Lauderdale and to our hotel  until about 1:30 a.m. Woke up Monday morning and hopped a ride to the Port of Miami, where the boarded the Majesty of the Seas with Royal Caribbean.  Friday: Back to Miami

I highly recommend cruising with Royal Caribbean- they take great care of you and are very wheelchair friendly. We had a great time, but we were also glad to get home to our baby girl! Next cruise we will probably try Alaska, as the heat and humidity were rough, but who knows! Fun times ahead!

Playing Catch-Up

After my month-long blogging hiatus, which was a super busy but fun time, I am finally back! We had a great visit with family, a wedding, and a birthday!

My Mom, Sister, and Sister's roommate came out to visit from Indy and NYC. Mom and Hay have been to Wyoming before, but this was a new experience for Suzy. She had a list of things she wanted to try before heading back to the big city, so we attempted to accommodate her! Here are some of the fun things we were able to do:

Went to the Cody Night Rodeo

Ate buffalo at Rib & Chop (you can never be too careful with amazing leftovers...)

Drove up to Grandpa & Grandma Lundvall's cabin to spend the night and go...

Four-wheeling!

Kayaking in the BB Reservoir

Visited Yellowstone National Park

Shooting with  Russ
Needless to say, we had a blast! Here are a few more pics from the trip...

Rodeo fun!

Swimming with Aunt Hay-Hay

Russ' cousin, Karis, got married in August as well. I had the honor of being her wedding coordinator, and so I was able to be involved in so many fun things during the weekend. The hay couch and pillows worked really well for the pictures (go to https://www.facebook.com/pages/jacphotographyorg/101063302251?ref=ts for better pictures with the couch!)

Karis and her sisters after the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. Not great lighting, but you get the idea...

Addison turned TWO on September 1. Still in denial that my little baby girl is a toddler. We threw her a "You Are My Sunshine" party and had a ball...

Birthday lunch with Dadda and Momma at Dairy Queen

Followed by some time at the park

Birthday favors- chocolate of course!

Birthday girl in her birthday dress being silly

Can't go wrong with burgers and hotdogs

Amazing cake by Whitney @ http://sweetcreationsbywhitney.blogspot.com/

The girl loves chocolate!

Rocking her new basketball shoes from Aunt Hay-Hay!

We finished up Labor Day weekend with a visit to Casper to see some friends. We met them at a big playground area, and Addison had too much fun...

Enjoying the "fort" at the playground

Russ and I leave on Sunday for a long-awaited, much anticipated cruise, so I will hopefully have some great pictures to share once we return!
